Ilaria Cervone is an action oriented Marketing, PR, Social Media and Events Manager specialized in the Spirits and Hospitality industry, with a proven track record of creating successful campaigns and managing new product development to drive growth. Very skilled at leading multiple, complex priorities in a fast paced, highly competitive environment, Ms Cervone has developed a reputation as an effective “out-of-the-box” thinker with a customer centric focus. She is recognized as a strategic marketer, able to manage different channels of distribution, in order to maximize the brands’ digital and printed exposure.
Ms Cervone’s career and education brought her to live in Italy, South America, Spain, and England, where she is used her creativity and expertise to create successful Marketing campaigns for different clients. Between them, she takes particular pride in the launch and brand development of VII Hills, the first Italian London Dry Gin in the world, which in less than two years achieved great public approval, and international presence; in the Social Media campaigns of Rabbit Restaurant, in Chelsea, London, aimed to increase the venue’s digital exposure, to generate inbound traffic, and to cultivate the audience's engagement, through the daily update of different platforms; into the Marketing, PR and Events activities for Bar8 at Gastrovino, a successful Restaurant and Wine Bar in the heart of London, which opened only a few months ago, and that already became one of the locals’ favourite spots in King’s Road; into the brand digital activation, strategy and running for Unigross & Emmegross, with stores all over Italy.
Ms Cervone is also currently managing Italspirits’ Marketing activities, including International events management, content creation for Social Media and newsletter, and branding for new and existing products; she is also in charge of Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto’s Marketing activation, events organization, and logistics.
